libiw30-udeb software package provides Tools for manipulating Linux Wireless Extensions, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libiw30-udeb
libiw30-udeb is installed in your system.
